Intro Call
The first step is arranging a call with me to discuss your goals and expectations. You’ll also get to ask me questions to determine if I'm a good fit for your real estate journey.
Recieve Offers
When you get an offer, we will review it together. This is where my experience can be of great value to you. We will not only consider price, but other factors such as timing and any contingencies or special requests. When you've decided to accept an offer, I get to work to make sure you get what you want.
Assessment
Following a tour of your home, we can discuss any areas of your home that may need improvements or staging to provide the best impression for a buyer. This is when we can cover marketing strategies and pricing.
The Closing
I will represent you with the buyer's agent and closing activities to ensure the process runs smoothly, and that you have all the information you need.
Let's Market!
When your home is listed, I will begin to schedule open houses, and showings. You and I will communicate to make this step as convenient and pain-free for you as possible.
